All slimming diets are based on the difference between ingested and burned calories . The goal is a negative balance so that the body draws on fat reserves . To achieve this you can do two things, both sources of sacrifice .: decrease the ingested calories (which means in practice eat less) and increase the calories burned . However, there are small tricks that , even if they do not replace a diet, contribute to achieving the set goal with less sacrifices . These are mechanisms that tend to increase the basal metabolism, which represents the caloric consumption that the body produces for normal vital functions, or to better assimilate the introduced food.
