Today, heart disease is a major cause of mortality in Western countries . The most frequently encountered ones are:

- Angina pectoris , which manifests itself with intense oppressive pain in the chest that can radiate to the neck, throat, jaw, teeth and sometimes even the right arm. It usually lasts only a few minutes and calms down with rest. Usually angina pectoris attacks occur after an effort but it is not always so and when they occur at rest they are more fearful. They are due to a transient decrease in the oxygen supply to the heart muscle, the most frequent cause of which is coronary arteriosclerosis. They can lead to cellular necrosis of the heart.

Most heart disease originates from a series of bad habits. Therefore, given that they are diseases difficult to cure, it is better to prevent them; to do this, just follow a few simple rules:

- Avoid stress, excessive nervousness, strong emotions; try to have a relaxed pace of life;

- Do not drink and do not smoke;

- Follow a diet low in fat and rich in fruits and vegetables;

- Practice exercise, especially in the open air.
