The study manager, Lorenzo Loffredo, said that the analyzes carried out showed the advantages deriving from polyphenols on blood circulation. Moreover, it was also noted that those who consumed black chocolate reported a lower concentration of substances that can cause oxidative stress, while on the other two groups this did not happen.
