How to firm and increase breast volume naturally

It is the desire of all women to have a firm and toned breast . Many dream of being able to increase the volume a little without resorting to invasive aesthetic interventions.

So let's see what are the natural remedies that bring real benefits to our décolleté, the mistakes to avoid and the precautions to be followed.

A word stands out among all and makes the difference: constancy .

The most common and harmful errors are:

abrupt weight loss;
stale air, noise, electronic sounds, electric lights and neon lights;
smoke, coffee, tea, alcohol, aspirin, drugs and vaccines.
A very important help derives from a controlled diet . Foods containing natural estrogens ( phytoestrogens ) help us to counteract the effects of testosterone (the male hormone that limits the effect of estrogen) and can give the breast up to an extra size, making it visibly fuller and firmer.
