Walking: natural medicine useful in the prevention of 40 diseases

Walking for 20 minutes a day , decreases the risk of dying from breast or prostate cancer, but it is also a natural prevention against 40 chronic diseases that affect the body and mind. It has been shown that if you intend to lose weight , you only need to walk 300 minutes each week; 60 minutes a day for children, but not only because the movement prevents more than 40 common chronic diseases such as diabetes, depression, cancer (colon, breast and prostate), hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, anxiety and osteoporosis.

Many studies have shown that adding 20 minutes of physical activity a day already gives health benefits, as well as the American College of Sports Medicine (AMCS): "Because sport is the most powerful medicine there is". Doctors have come to the conclusion that, walking for 10 minutes a day, stimulates the production of endorphins in the blood, relieves the stress, tension and nervousness accumulated during the day, reinforcing the immune system.
