Losing weight fast is possible . There are foods called "fat burners" that accelerate the metabolism by burning fat quickly and increasing the feeling of satiety . Yogurt, among other things, makes hair and skin vital and bright. Grapefruit fights cellulite and nervous hunger. Pineapple helps the intestine by increasing the sense of satiety and promoting diuresis. Onions and fennel, better if steamed, are finally able to stimulate diuresis.
