On his Facebook fanpage the staff of his record company, Carosello Records, had announced that due to health problems Killa would have had to postpone the dates of Naples and Bari on April 4 and 5, 2014.

A few days before the rapper had expressed his discomfort through Twitter, confessing to the numerous followers of having a high fever and tonsillitis, a clear sign that something was wrong.

The hashtag on Twitter #guarisciprestoemi was created ad hoc to get the rapper to receive numerous supportive comments and wishes for a speedy recovery.

Just yesterday, luckily, the same Emis Killa in his own hand wrote a state on Facebook explaining what happened and describing the latest health conditions : "I had a serious infection of the tonsils / pharynx, I am currently unable to speak, but I'm taking care of myself and I'll be back on stage as soon as possible " .
