A nice story about a doctor goes online that in 1919, a period in which easy to die even with the simple flu, discovered by chance, and not for personal studies, the beneficial effect of onions on influenza viruses.
This elusive doctor found himself passing through a farmer's house, where, to his great and immense surprise, he found that everyone in the family was very healthy. Since there is always a lot to learn, the doctor asked, but why are you always all right and there is never a disease? The farmer, out of pure courtesy, did not send the doctor to the town but explained the reason for it. Well, here in the family we are all healthy, my wife has simply put an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the house as a shield to influenza viruses.
AD
The stunned doctor could not believe it. He asked him politely and politely if he could have one of the onions to examine it under a microscope and was satisfied. Analyzing it then the doctor found the influenza virus in the onion, which then protected the family keeping it healthy.
After this nice story, we notice that other good stories circulate on the onion and talk, often and willingly, this healing power . Cut both ends of an onion, put it in an empty jar and place the jar next to the patient sick at night, also taking care of pneumonia. This is what they say. The onion becomes even black with germs because, according to these beliefs, onions have powerful antibacterials and therefore antiseptic properties.
